I have Shinwas Bracelet Shard in my inventory but I still get this message

Oops! You don't have the piece of the bracelet that I am looking for! Have you visited Maleria yet?

I do and I have, twice. Thought maybe she'd see it after I did another quest, but no. Is there a way to fix it, or should I just give up on the quest and start again tomorrow?

[edit] I just noticed that when I visit Shinwa, all quests are at 0, and my events are the same as this morning before I deleted some. It's like that page is frozen or something. On every other page everything shows up normal.

have you done a hard refresh? (control+f5 or I think cmd+shift+r on a mac)

Hard refresh worked! Why didn't I think of that? I still don't get what happened, but at least I can continue. Thanks :D
