Probably a silly question..haven't been on in a while. I've noticed it hasn't restocked and I'm not familiar with when it does. Just curious!

The quest shops don't restock, the items (besides seasonal, summer items are there right now) are there year round to buy with quest points you gain from doing quests. If there's an item you want out of season, your best bet is to buy it off of someone, or wait until the season rolls around again.
