Hello! I'm looking to create a new character that is a wanderer type (think Esmerelda from The Hunchback of Notre Dame, but MALE ^^ He is a Roma Gypsy (said to have their roots in India and came to Europe in the 13th century)

I don't really know what sort of particular sound I'm going for for a name but anything that sounds...wandery (not a real word lol) to me. As far a species I'm open to anything and would like to hear your reasons for picking that species and color :)

I'm still researching more about them so any personality traits I should include with him would be helpful! As well as TC items! He tries not to fit into the typical stereotypes (fortune telling, thieving, etc) but since almost everyone he meets has that preconceived notion of a "Gypsy" he generally follows along since he travels along and it's an easy way for him to make money.

@ Aydan I know yu're not looking to adopt, but i think my pet Respirar might fit the bill, name-wise. I believe it means 'to breathe' in spanish. I think it fits the wandery description you want, because to me, wandering around like that is a form of breathing.. breathing in freedom. personally i feel i can't breathe well in a city, but outside the city, while on the road, that's a different story. This pet is up for adoption [i found it in the pound and i was zapping it, and it turned into this, a nightmare celinox, but you can change the color/species].

TC - the , -Gypsies used to travel in those, and some still do, -i think they have lots of these to insulate the caravans, , - and the other ace stickers too, because in romania Gypsies are associated with fortune telling and whitchcraft. Wanderer Gypsies will mostly tell fortune by reading the cards or the palm, so no need to get witchcraft items. - for when they need to set camp and cook and stuff, - for both telling fortune and gambling [aka an easy way for him to make money]..

i looked a bit at pet colors. I think the character should be either a hikei or a legeica - they're the most horse like pets we have, and wandering Gypsies are most likely around horses than any other animal. ;)

Also since they usually wander in summer, i think the color glade would suit the character more. Perhaps sun too, since it;s such a warm color. or marsh too because nobody really wants to stay near a marsh [and romanians are generally racist against gypsies and dont want to be around them]
