Exp grinding today, but [item2=Steamwork Hunting Gun] break after one use 3 times in a row. I am pretty confused.

It's not once per battle, but it is semi-breakable which means it does have a chance of breaking each battle. Not necessarily after one use, but you probably won't get to use it very many times before it does break.

Oh, Thank you. Is it has higher break chance than Forj Tempered Shield? I can easily get 3 uses of it or RNG is not on my side today?

I'm not sure. I would think that the semi-breakable weapons would all have similar chances of breaking, but I honestly don't really know. It could just be bad luck if it's breaking right away each time.
