Commission Terms
-SFW ONLY. I can and will refuse to service you if I am asked to create anything NSFW.
-I will absolutely not do fetish art.
-I will accept commissions without reference art. However, I will not go out of my way looking for any sort of references if you go this route.
-I have the right to refuse the commission. I will only do this if either it goes against what I said I don't do or if I feel that not enough has been provided to produce the artwork I would be proud to put my name on.
-Speaking of putting my name with the artwork, I implore you to give me credit wherever you use my art. My Tumblr or my subeta account must be credited. Also, my art cannot be used for professional work without a written and signed contract. For personal use, an invoice will be contract enough.
-Once the rough sketch is done, it will be confirmed with you before I proceed. Once I go past the rough sketch, you cannot change your mind. All changes must be done during the rough sketch phase.
-USD payments will only be allowed through Paypal. All payment must be given prior to me sending the finalized commission. But, it can be given anytime prior to that. Just let me know when you are ready to pay, and I will make up the invoice. Regardless of your payment type, please allow me to make an invoice prior to your payment just for my own personal record if nothing else. It is, however, especially important with USD payments because I can get into trouble with Paypal if I do not do invoices.
