It's been a while since Thimble & Co. doesn't get its share of new products, so I decided to open up a new topic to suggest crafting materials for this shop.
Watercolour tubes Oil paint tubes Oil paint spatulas More oil paint spatulas Tempera paint Cross-stitching needles Cross-stitching design books Cross-stitching threads
I think the design book idea is great. There should probably be more manuals and design books in there anyway. There are some for Knitting and sewing but none for many of the other diciplines that Thimble & Co. carries supplies for. Art diciplines that could use books include: -painting -drawing -Pottery -Sculpting (clay, rock, metal) -Scrapbooking -Candle making -Calligraphy
In adition there are some books in this catagory from the book nook that could be moved over. These are: I am not entirely shure about this however because normal book stores also tend to sell art books.
According to subetalodge, Thimble & Co restocks a grand total of four books. It'd be awesome to see some quilting patterns, collections of sewing patterns,.. I can see them expanding on the idea of Olde Tyme Barbers Soap (above) and make a line of essential oil blends, candle & soap making items, or some of those childish/extreme beginner cross-stitch kits with everything included... along the lines of: They're super cute TC items, for sure!

There's some crossover with essential oils in NPC Laure's shop in the Souk, Spells Galore. There's room for a lot more like camphor, edible camphor, sandalwood, ylang ylang, rose attar, cedar concrete etc. There should be an easy way either in the itemname or in the item image to show that these are soap/lotion/candle ingredients and not used for making Scrolls.
Lye, thermometers, pyrex measures, molds for candles and soap, different kinds of wicks, sawdust or other punk materials to mix all these up for incense etc, these all could be fun additions for NPC Joyce to add. In particular when the Shenkuu Tea House opens Joyce will have a pretext for including these more exotic non-Saheric materials.
