I have several Subeautique Invitations in my "items" vault and one in my "currencies" vault. I can't seem to figure out how to add the ones in my item vault to the currencies vault.

You need to move them to your inventory. When you view the item it has the option to read to your pets, but underneath that it says "Redeem Invitation". Click that to add it to your currencies.

Be aware that once you add it to your currencies, you can't take it back out again. So if you'd rather sell them or something instead, don't redeem them unless you're sure you want to use them.
