I just saw an ad in the middle of a YouTube video I was watching, and the ad was a whole music video. Watched the whole thing and have no idea what the song is. Here's what I know:

It's a 2017 song.

Possibly from "wanderlust records"? (Google search found nothing)

The video is about a high school boy who's getting bullied and feeling left out. He goes home and packs a bag and it looks like he's running away in the middle of the night but he's actually biking and busing through the city to get to a gay club. He puts on lipstick, a drag queen teaches him dance moves, the band is playing the song the video is for (the band has black and white face paint on and the lead singer is a guy without makeup on), and the video ends with the boy seemingly finding himself at home with these new people.

Might be a line like "I kinda like it" in the chorus and also I think I heard the word "home" a few times.

Has a techno/electronic sound.

I tried searching for this and I couldn't find anything. Why do you think it was from Wanderlust Records? It would probably also help to know which video you were watching when the ad played.
