Winners are picked randomly for a 1m sP wishlist prize and it's a good way to find old/new items every week and see what people are putting on their HAs. Also, style-file is a good place to look. HAs have evolved soooo much since 2012 lol, (but if that's what you put together in 2012, man, you're gonna do fine)
