Doc-Roe: Artwork on Commission (USD/CSC/sP)

- Currently open for commission - [COLOR=RED]USD - OPEN[/B] // [B]sP - CLOSED[/B][/COLOR] 'Opening Day' sP prices are no longer available, and current rates now apply. As slots are now closed, prices have fluctuated in the interim while I acclimate to current exchange standards. They are quite different now from what I remember! ' o ' Any users who've been quoted specific prices before now will receive that rate! I've decided that if I adhere to the proper market exchange rates, based on my USD figures for all categories, it sets some categories prohibitively high. With that said, I will only be offering more complex pieces at USD rates alone. sP (sP/Item) and CSC rates will be posted for the following categories: Sketches, Lineart, and Chibis. These will follow the current exchange rate of 100CSC / 10mil. All USD rates are unchanged, except for Chibis, which were mistakenly set for the wrong figure.
Guidelines - General Information - Payment Information
All commissions, excluding busts, are full body unless requested otherwise.
All work is purely digital media, with digital delivery. At the close of the commission, Commissioners will receive a high-resolution, non-watermarked, format of the finished image. During the course of the project, Commissioners will receive routine updates at applicable key points (sketch, lines, flat colour, final colour), and may request major changes and/or minor changes at noted intervals. During sketch phase, major changes may be made - this to include: pose, character appearance/design, even a new character may be supplanted so long as the degree of complexity is lesser or comparable. After a sketch has been finalized, accepted, cleaned, and tightened, only minor changes will be allowed moving forward - this to include facial expressions, and very minor design/colour aspects.
I'd like to reserve the rights to post the completed work to my DA page, however I do understand, and respect, any individual's desire against this, and will honor a request not to post. All posted images will receive appropriate credits to character owner/designer, and - if possible - a link to that individual's site will be placed. I do reserve the rights to the artwork itself, and do not authorize for my work to be used commercially, or in any other capacity which would lead to the financial gain of others. The only exception to this is with regards to the potential private sale of a character/character design, which is copywrite to the Commissioner; should the Commissioner wish to sell a character/character design, packaged with prior commission(s) as incentive, it would be their right to do so. Beside the terms listed, this work is intended for personal use only, and as a final reservation, I reserve the right to refuse any potential commission(s) at my discretion. Placing an order for commission serves as acceptance of these guidelines.
ACCEPTED
- Human/Humanoid; any gender/agender, body type.
- Animal; Quadrupedal, Fantastical, Anthropomorphic, Theriomorphic. (this to include avian, oceanic, insect, etc.)
- Fanart, OC fan characters, and/or completely original designs of an established or personal series/universe.
** I will accept some moderately mechanical characters, though please run it by me first. I am more familiar with organic subjects. **
NOT ACCEPTED
- Adult content commissions; this to include depictions of extreme violence, disturbing themes, and explicit sexual acts.
DETAIL, REFERENCES, AND INFORMATION Please provide me adequate reference images and/or detailed character information for your request, so that we may avoid any discrepancies in the final image. I want everyone to be happy with the product they receive; this includes an accurate character portrayal, high steady quality, and as quick a turn-around time as possible.
IF SLOTS ARE UNAVAILABLE This applies only to sP and sP/Item commissions, which are limited to three at this time. Please feel free to sMail me with a short message, writing "Please Ping" as the subject title, and I will absolutely let you know immediately when slots re-open in this category. Individuals will be considered on a "wait list" and taken in line as received.
REGARDING TIME TO COMPLETION Commissions are handled in the order they are received, with USD slots taking some precedence, being they are a supplemental income. I do my very best to shoot for turn-around times of less than 2 weeks for full-colour, complex, images. Simpler commissions often turn around much more quickly (1-3 days). Turn-around times may be lengthened by changes to duty schedules, trips out of state, holidays, technical difficulties, or simply while I am waiting for commissioner approval on image benchmarks. Of course, if the delay is on my end, Commissioners will be notified. I appreciate the patience and understanding that comes along with this; thank you.
PAYMENT METHODS
USD : All USD payments are made via PayPal and can be paid at any time after the first preliminary sketch is delivered for approval; payment is expected, in full, by the time the image is complete (ie, same day of receipt of image). An invoice will be created. Once I accept your request for commission and you are placed in a slot, I will sMail you with pertinent information, and my PayPal payment address. All USD commission slots are taken at a priority to sP (sP/Item)/CSC slots, and are technically always available. I list five slots presently to keep things in order. If those become filled, an additional two slots will open, and so on. Commissions acquired through DA are listed here, and denoted with a *(DA) marker.
sP (sP/Item)/CSC : All site currency payments are, of course, made through the site. If you are somewhat short of the asking sP amount, I will accept 3/4 of the total amount in pure, with item(s) offered to supplant the remainder. If you only have items to offer, please feel free to sMail me and we can work it out; WL items of equal value will be accepted. Please be aware that sP (sP/Item)/CSC slot commissions are taken in the order received, unless bumped by USD slots, which will take precedence. Commissioners will always be made aware if any delays occur due to this.
DELIVERY Delivery of each benchmark (sketch, lines, colour, final) will be handled by sMail; every image prior to final will be watermarked. Hi-res final will arrive with watermark if payment has not yet been completed.

Full body. Flat with some minimal shade/light. Ranged complexity. (Simple backgrounds available for nominal up-charge)

Payment Type: sP References: Nicolais, a brooding, not-quite-happy-to-see-anyone 22 year-old, with a resemblance/vibe to Timur Simakov; I've gathered a couple images of him here for a better idea. his cheeks are extremely gaunt in the second picture, and i'd like them to be fuller like in the first! Additional details: I really love the softness in colour and lines of the pontos commission, also seen in this commission so it'd be awesome if you could apply it to this character.

Yiss!! So good to hear from you! I tried to send you a sMail a few hours ago, but it bounced back due to a full inbox. I had written to apologize for leaving you hanging earlier in the year. Bit of a long story short, I was injured on duty and left quite debilitated by it. It has taken months of physical therapy to begin (sort of) walking again, and regaining the use of the right arm. But! The good news is, everything is healing well and everything is fixable. = u = It's very good to be back. Take your time with the order; I've added you onto the list. ' u '
