I added in a Flashback Wild One Cigarette about 11 AM EST today and as of nearly 9 PM EST, it hasn't turned up in my wardrobe nor has the other wear I've added since to see if adding something else would make the cache catch up. I've gone through all the steps to troubleshoot this matter and nothing has resolved it. Nothing's blocking my wardrobe.

How are you searching for it? I just added an item to my wardrobe and it showed immediately. You did mention that you moved another item but the only other item I see that you moved didn't go into your wardrobe.
