Apparently I got the raffle winner achievement, but I'm not sure from what. I got a forum point but I haven't entered in any raffles (to my knowledge?) how does this get triggered?

Forum points and raffle tickets are the same thing. (Why they have two different names, I don't know.) There's four tiers to the achievement, ending with 25.
