Some user profiles on the site are showing up wonky, with this text across the top:
Warning: mysqli_fetch_row() expects parameter 1 to be mysqli_result, string given in /www/subeta.net/include/class/database.new.php on line 277
It messes up the rest of the page, but I can't really explain how exactly, it just makes stuff show up in weird places.
Here's an example of a profile that's broken, the code worked nicely until the error showed up recently, and now everything is messed up:
And another:
I do not have any idea why it is affecting some profiles and not others.

i got the same warning while cobbling my profile together; i think it started after i used the reset profile link? (i mean, i don't know when it started exactly since i had a weird struggle putting my profile together to begin with -- i have a hard time deleting widgets sometimes, the background color was stuck at a light grey for a bit -- but i tried the reset profile link again and it's giving me the warning, so.)
i also get this warning when i visit my profile comments through a new comment alert (/profile.php?act=comments&user=452355), but not when i use the link in the nav widget (/users/comments/jensen).
