Doctor Rose is almost Tier 5 and I'm debating making some changes to his default set

I do like the current setup but I also think maybe there's better stuff out there that I'm not aware of. Suggestions? Oh, maybe toss me some scroll suggestions too.

Check the stickied thread Weapon-Advice-By-Your-Tier Although it's a few years old, the lower tier weapon sets are still among the best you can use.

The first step would be getting a Phoenix Quill if you haven't gotten one already, then other weapons you see that still are commonly included in T5 and above.
