I recently bought Persona 5 for the ps4 and I can't stop playing it. It is so fun to play! This is the first Persona game I have played but I would put it on my top 10 best video games ever! Let me know what you think about this game and share some tips you have some.

Aw man, the Persona series is soooo good. I've only played 3 (FES version) and 4 before this but man I love them so much.

I'm about 6 hours in so far, and last night I stayed up super late trying to get the first 4 party members. I can't wait for the story to really ramp up; I can't tell you how many times I teared up during 3 and 4. I'd definitely recommend going back and playing them if you like 5! It can be hard to go back to 3, cause you can't control your party members, but in 4 you can.

I think 3 is my favorite though. If you can get past Mitsuru spamming Marin Karin, the story and characters are just amazing. Aigis is love. <3 I could talk about persona 3 for days lol

I believe they are remaking persona 3 and 4 for ps4, so if that is the case I will be playing 3 and 4. I'm at the second palace right now. I'm trying to figure out who to romance...I thought maybe Ann but online people said she isn't a good partner.

I'm in the same position! I'd never played a Persona game before 5. I'm really enjoying the game because the story drew me in...as weird as it was. I was initially kind of freaked out by the storyline though...like...I wasn't expecting it to have the kind of mature content it does. But hey, I carried on playing it. XD

Eventually palaces started to get too hard and i put the difficulty to safe and i'm enjoying the game much more. In safe mode you get more money and exp. and if you die you get to start the battle over without going back to your last save. On my second play through I will change the difficulty, but for the first play through i recommend safe mode.

I have it on 'easy' but I didn't notice a 'safe' mode? :o That sounds good though, the second boss gave me real issues...

Make sure to get the sp adhesive 3 it's 100,000 but it replenishes your sp, so you can grind at palaces and mementos.

Ahhh good idea! I saw that for sale but I didn't have enough at the time. I'll grind for money in Momentos. :)

It gives you 7 sp everytime you go into battle. In safe mode I was able to save enough to buy all my teammates one...I normally play games on normal mode, but this game really rewards you for playing safe mode. I get so much money from fights and exp. it's crazy!

Hah, wow I vanished. Got lost playing. I'm on the fourth palace now! The second boss is just unnaturally hard, but I got him on my second try. The third guy was total cake after him.

I'm doing the same thing I do in every Persona game and romancing all the girls. The game's just too long to warrant repeat playthroughs to see them all, and there's only a little punishment for it, if they ever do anything. In the others, it was pretty easy to romance all the girls and get away scot-free.

So far my only complaint with the game is omg the music in Mementos suckkkkkks. Tatarus' music was so much better. [edit] Actually no, I'm gonna stick with one girl. I gotta New Game+ it anyway since I won't have time to complete everything in one go. Maybe I'll be a sleaze in that one, hah.

Which means I'm stuck with Ann cause I already maxed her out.
