Salutations, everyone! I happened to stumble back upon my dusty old account after being on haitus for a couple of years, so I'm getting right back into the swing of things! I am an almost 22-year-old, almost-college graduate, and I enjoy playing video games; one of my biggest time-sinks right now is World of Warcraft, which I'm currently playing with my mom :D Some of my other (current) favorite series include Pokemon and Metal Gear Solid, though I'll honestly play just about anything, eheh.

So, before lose all of my time restocking like a madman, I pose a question for you lovely thread-goers ^^ What do you theme your Subeta pets around? Fandom, OC, or something else? I'm still trying to get all my pets sorted, and I'm finding myself a little unsure of what I want to do with a couple of them.

I, too love the Pokemon games a lot even though the last generation somehow failed to really impress me. Cool that you can play WoW with your mom! I have to admit that I've never tried it but not because I don't like games of this kind - I'm afraid that I would get too addicted so I decided to stay away from it. Q____Q

As for my Pets I have everything literally - fanpets, oc's, "educational" pets with historical / medical background and even a lame "based on myself"-pet which however only has some lyrics and treasure items because writing a story about myself would be too weird imo.

Thanks for the warm welcome! And I know what you mean; while I personally loved Sun and Moon, I felt that X and Y + ORAS were kind of underwhelming. And honestly, I don't blame you for feeling that way about WoW, eheh ^^; While its fun to play with others, it can be kinda consuming because there is so much stuff to do, especially if you're into stuff like raid progression. I'll have to check out your pets, in that case; I think pets based on their owners are pretty fun, because its a rather creative way to express oneself imo

i also love games~ i've been trying to get back into competitive pokemon lately! but i'm super rusty and lose a lot lmao (but i still have fun so w/e ahaha) aside from pokemon i've also been playing a lot of yooka-laylee and i love it omg ; v ;

all my pets are oc's personally because i'm oc trash |D

I've always wanted to get into competitive Pokemon, but I have too many favorites that I want to use that aren't competitively viable q.q And I've been wanting to check out Yooka-Laylee myself after emulating a little of Banjo-Kazooie! I haven't made OCs in literal years, I think I might have a mix of fandom/OC pets myself. Do your OCs have a particular theme to them, like a shared universe or storyline that they all belong to?

ahh i feel you orz i mostly play standard/ou tier but created a couple ru teams just because i wanted to use xatu and granbull lmao..........

yeah!! most of my oc's all exist in the same city but not necessarily at the same time intertwining stories and world building are my weakness huehehe

Welcome back. I'm just getting more active here myself. Been a member for years and yet still learning my way around. LOL I'm an oldie (52) but I still play some games. I have a 2ds and would like to have the new WII Switch.

I wouldn't call 52 all that old; my mom is 50 and we have a lot of fun playing games together :) I've really been wanting to the get the Switch myself, but I want to wait until more games come out for the system before I make the investment; are there any games you're particularly excited for?

Mario Kart of course. LOL I have it for the gamecube, the dslite , wii I am addicted.

I adore Pokemon. Finally got my first Pokemon game around age 30 and finally got my own handheld to play it onXD

Fav Pokemon: Articuno and Eevee (plus all the various evolutions).

I don't tend to focus too much on the pet part of this site. Currently slowly (extremely slowly) getting all my pets perf. Currently working on Mephostophilis' treasure. I don't really have a set way to name my pets. Basically whatever interests me the day of naming themXD

I just finished reworking everything myself, and I suppose I've settled on making each pet either an aspect/reflection of myself (sometimes literally, like with Introspect) or a theme that I enjoy (Funked will be science, Supermoon is all things spooky). It's always been difficult for me because I'm so indecisive!
