Hiya! So this has happened to me twice, and I just make it a point not to make this mistake, but if I am doing a battle and I don't hit the "Get Results" button before navigating away and then forget about it until after reset, my pet becomes unavailable to fight from any screen other than the drop down on the Challenge page. If I challenge the opponent from the new quest, it won't show my pet as available on the weapon/scroll select screen before the battle initiates. I can clear this up easily enough by challenging an opponent from the challenge page and then going back to quests after, but I thought I would just pass along the odd happenstance.
Thank you guys for all of the hard work you put into this site!
so if you fight a battle but don't actually hit the see results button? I think it still interprets that as you're still in a battle. you should be able to go to this page, reenter the battle and finish it that way. it's not actually a bug :)
@ (Idk how pings work... I'll figure it out eventually.) Oh, I'm sorry. I was vague there. When I go to do my quests the next day, the battle screen comes back up and I can hit see results there and click it to end that battle, but when I go in to start the new quest and challenge the first opponent for the new day, my pet that was in the previous battle is not available to use, despite being eligible from the challenge screen. If my pet was still locked to a battle, I wouldn't be able to see the weapon select screen because of the error page that warns you that you are still in a battle, I'm pretty sure. So I assume when this is occurring, my account is not in an active battle.
oh I think I understand now. so you finish the battle but your pet isn't showing up on the screen to fight. there's another way this happens... I think it might be when you go to fight again and then heal your pet, it takes it a few minutes to register your pet is healed and it's annoying. it's most likely just a cache problem but hopefully it is something they can fix :)
That's correct, only I don't remember using the healer because I checked to see if health was an issue but he was full, and the pet was available from one screen but not the other at the same time. In any case, at least it has minor impact on the process for anyone that doesn't just leave battles open for no reason. xD
