I only have 19k sp on hand no trades up no money in till or vault but Sarahs telling me i have too much sp for her quests.

Check your dashboard and see how much it says you have :o

Do you have money offered on a trade as a way to hold it because I don't think that works anymore. This page should tell you your total amount of sP on your account, then you'll just have to double check all your shop tills and everything until you find where the excess is

i already said i have no trades. that page says You currently have 19,406 sP!

Just to be clear, when you say you have no trades, do you mean you haven't offered on any? (No to be confused with having your own trade up) :o

You don't happen to have any old shops, do you? From before the new shop system? Not sure if the dashboard counts those. That's the only other thing I can think of. Otherwise, this is one of those thing you'll have to create a ticket for so they can check.

I'd say definitely file a ticket, I was able to do Sarah today with no problems but I left the house before I could update my post (side note, I also did not read "I have no trades" as "I have not offered on any trades" which is what I meant, sorry)
