FAQ Link Broken on Registration Success

Hello! Just a heads up that on registration.php?act=success, the link to the frequently asked questions page listed in the welcome message links to https://subeta.net/forums.php/read/141578/Frequently-Asked-Questions-Answers which spit out an error telling me I'm not allowed to be there. The same link is included in the welcome message event. I think it just needs to be updated to the new url.

Hi, ! I've gone ahead and updated the link/info for the FAQ on the registration page. If you still have the event, can you copy and paste the entire message? I thought I updated that earlier, and want to double check. :)
