Hello everyone! I was going to do an entire month of saving currency and thought i'd be fun to make a post so anyone interested could join and we could all do it together! I meant to make this post a while ago but I had to submit a ticket to decide the correct board to post it on.

The general idea is pretty simple, and since it's not a contest or anything you can make rules and regulations to suit yourself during the month. Use whatever rules you think will help you save that you can manage- whether it's because you want an item or just for the sake of saving. I'll be giving out small prizes for people that participate just to make this a bit more fun and exciting!

So let me know if you want to join in (and what rules you're setting for yourself, if any!)! I'll make a ping list that'll be sent out on the first of May, so let me know if you'd like to be added to that too. At the beginning of the month we'll all write down how much sP/currency we have and then at the end of the month compare and see how we've done!

For me: I'll be limiting my spending to maybe only 100,000 sP per week. I want to save up for some potions and WL items. :D

I usually don't have much to spend until the last week and a half of every month anyway so sure, I'll join in. I've been meaning to pool my pure together to make purchasing necessary supplies easier anyway, though if I find a particularly good sale going on I can't make any promises that I won't splurge a bit!

And so May begins! By the time I can actually spend any meaningful amounts of pure we should be nearing June anyhow so I won't really be actively participating as some of you, but hey.

I've got 4,395,358 pure right now. The only place that's going is to auto-train my new battle-pet, so I'm limiting myself to the cost of a session per day(46,800sP so far) as the only expense. That should be within reason?

I want to join! You currently have 124,082,133 sP! CSC: 830! 691 wizard tokens, 39 quest points, 5 forum tickets, these are the currencies i'm most likely to spend. [aka tempted]

Starting now, I only have about 11mil sP ;w; (I'm okay with spending CSC, tokens and questpoints so for me those currencies won't count!)

I'm going to be spending CSC because I'm in the process of buying art and whatnot, but I'll limit myself to only buying CSC for that reason XD Cash shop.. You can't tempt me this month!

Welcome welcome! I'm glad you're joining us ^.^ Best of luck breaking 100mill sP. It's weird but when I first broke it I found it much easier to save money afterwards (maybe because it felt like an achievement I didn't want to stop? XD) so I hope you break it too!

dont feel too bad about those few k. i spent 6k yesterday on a plushie and a beanbag i didn't have, lol the worst is that i did it less than 5 min after i posted.. XDD felt like such a cheater u,u

My rules are that I'm only allowed to spend to do quests and sending my pets in the Resort. No spending CSC, Quest Points, Wizard Tokens or any other currencies.

Also a little note to everyone participating:

1. Everyone is welcome to give little updates whenever they want! It's fun being able to chat and participate. But if you don't want to, that's cool too, and you can just post your end result at the beginning of next month!
2. I'm going to start handing out random prizes now that we've begun! I'll likely hand out one lil gift every few days (likely won't be anything too special, I'll probably dig around my storage to find cool stuff), and then at the very end of the month I'll hand out the bigger prizes randomly to people that participated! (regardless of if they splurged or not, so don't be too hard on yourself, but try your best to save save save <3 )
