I had 5 loyalty boxes locked. i needed to lock other items in my inventory but couldn't because of the 10 items locked limit. u unlocked one box but it disappeared from inventory. i did it again, refreshed, and now im down to 3 loyalty boxes. anyway to recover them? i didnt know unlocking them would delete them.

File a ticket, and the staff will assist you there.

sometimes identical items stack (without showing) when some are locked and some aren't. have you tried unlocking all of them?
