Not getting Shinwa piece from quests

Hi, I'm on a quest for Shinwa, specifically Carl. I've done three quests so far with no luck.
Something unusual did happen during the first quest, I should've screenshotted it. Bought two items from the user shops, got a weird SQL error trying to submit the items to Carl, tried again and it turns out I don't have the items after all. The quest worked after buying the items again, but no bracelet pieces are coming out.
SQL Error
INSERT INTO user_items (id,userid,itemid) VALUES ('',579436,)
This is what it said for me.
The same happened to me, I bought the pieces she wanted from Malaria, and got a SQL at the end, no items were in my inventory, so i bought them again but it only said give up or keep searching, i kept searching and it took me to the map page, so I chose to give up, and it said the message you get on shinwas's page if you go back after doing five. And now in the sidebar it says Completed next to Shinwas quests.
I did wiz, got the SQL error, so I did the quest again. Still didn't get the piece.
Also having this issue. Shinwa says to go to to Mori/Nori, but it's not giving the piece to me when I complete a quest.

Yep, just happened to me too. Was sent by Shinwa to Carl and the first one I got the SQL error. Kept trying until I completed all Carl's quests with no item, and had to give up the Shinwa quest.......

Same thing is happening to me: On first piece, get Carl, buy items, finish quest, get SQL error, go back to Carl, who tells me that I don't have the items now, check inventory (WTH no items), re-buy items, finish quest, and no bracelet piece. Go to Shinwa, tells me I don't have the piece & to go back to Carl. Tried another quest and no bracelet piece.
oh. just sent a ticket about this. but yeah, same thing happening to me. stuck not able to complete because of a mysql error upon completion the first quest, now missing shard... doing second, third, or fourth quest doesn't trigger a shard either.

And here I was thinking Shinwa was a good Goddess, shes stealing our stuff! ;o)
This may be fixed right now. I had changed the name of the items earlier and specifically tested it myself to make sure it worked. It didn't, but I saw it was an ongoing intermittent issue. The name change seemed to make it worse! So the items are back to normal until we can sort this more.
Same thing happened to me, wizard quest in my case. Mostly just posting so I'll get a notice if staff post here again.

The same thing happened to me with Cinthia. Got the error message and no bracelet piece.

Ok, glad someone is looking into it.
After the trouble yesterday I clicked the "give up" button. When I tried again today, everything went fine.
