Rainbow Vortex is nice to have but not necessary since you've already got the Temple Shard. I would invest the sP in other weapons instead.

When you've got more than 1,000 HP you can replace the One Ring with Reviver of the Lion, a much better clutch healer imo.

If you're doing BQs, aim for a which is an upgrade from other freezers.

A few other attacker suggestions:

Many of these will probably stay with you until your next upgrade at T10 and above (and depending on your sP earning rate it can be sooner or later, idk), but then to get prepared for new waves of opponents having a range of weapons would help a lot.

What scrolls are you using? Scrolls also make an important part in your battle set overall so I'd recommend looking into those as well.

[edit] The order of weapons to use depends a lot on your opponents. There are those whom freezing first turn will be the best approach, especially if you need time to set up curses/ blessings or if they have a blessing that protects them from being frozen from turn 2 until the end of the battle, in which case saving the freezer until the last minute wouldn't help much. There are freezing scrolls to help you get an emergency freeze later in the battle so you can use your freezer sooner, so you can look into those as well.

If my pet has over 2000 str/def would you recommend the Prodigy Staff over the Riff Staff? I'll get the reviver of lion and the helmet thank you XD

Sorry, two final questions. Would you recommend over just cause the amulet might be able to be used more then once over the Rainbow Vortex small chance to freeze?

For the rift staff is it combined attack and def or just which one is highest? About 500 points away from 2k right now but training.

RV is ~120-150mil AON is 300-500mil maybe more.

AON is definitely better if you can get ahold of one.

I think 100% blockers have probably the most niche role of any weapon in the game. They are really only useful in healing disabled challengers. The only BQ application is for tier 6-7 pets fighting Cursed Effigy the Tormented. I think for tier 9, they are both low priorities.
