Chums' profile I kind of kludged it together in the least elegant way possible.
Does it load right? Is it comfortable to read or do I need to beef up the font size? I tried to make sure the scroll bars were hidden- did that work or are they visible to anyone?

Imo you don't need to change a thing. Have been stalking Chums lately and I think the profile looks great. So does your art! :D

[Edit] the scrollbar will still show in FF if I remember it right. Otherwise it looks great in Chrome :D

TY. I guess I better figure out a story soon or it's going to be the most boring pet stalking you've ever done. Creative writing isn't really my forte, and Chums is the worst name ever for the faceless abomination it seem to have turned into.

I've covered the scroll bars with divs that have little slices of the background image in them to hide them in Firefox. It's why the layout is an inelegant kludge. Mozilla is, I think, moving the Webkit later this year so the Webkit scrollbar elements might work there too. Or maybe I hallucinated hearing that.

Haha no offence to great writers or you in the future (when the story is done) but I guess I don't have good judgement and appreciation of writing, perhaps because my job involves extensive and intensive reading on a daily basis, so whenever I look at profiles it's always for the graphic/ art element :P

I think stalkers stalk because they think the ones they stalk are interesting in the first place? :P

[edit] Great news about FF enabling webkit scrollbar! No offence to FF but their scrollbars always bug me a little bit XD

See, most people write. I just make word salads.

Edit: I was hallucinating. What I heard was actually about the move to WebExtensions, not Webkit. No Webkit candy for Firefox it seems.

I am on Chrome with a screen resolution of 1920x1080 and everything is looking good in my end, I see nothing that would need a change.

Thanks for the look-see. I found another profile was wonky in a browser I didn't bother checking it with, so I can use all the extra eyes I can get.

Hey there! i've got a 1280 x 800 resolution, using chrome, and I can see a bit of the default bg color showing through! (This is something I see on a ton of profiles actually)

I've found you can fix this by adding !important right after the background color. In your case, it would be something like this: background-color:!important;

I've also checked the layout in ff & safari and the layout looks fine in both c: Scrollbars are hidden in chrome, ff, and safari.

Thanks! I'm not sure the difference between our Chromes, but I actually don't see the default color outside of the layout image. That might be why you're seeing it so often- a lot of us might not be for some reason. Maybe it's a Mac Thing, so I'll boot over to my Mac partition to take a second look. I've added !important after the background color.

Hrmmm.. Looks grey all around on Chrome on my Mac. /ponder
