Good evening! I'm NeoPokeTa. Y'all have probably seen me over at the Human Avatars forum. My username is a mixture of three of my favorite things (Neopets, Pokemon, and Subeta). I am quite happy to meet y'all! :)

Hi welcome! I used to play Neo but I quit a few years ago when habitarium closed. Now I've been here for a short while and love it :)

in hindsight I should have kept Neo out of my username. Neopets stopped being fun when I came to subeta. We have better looking graphics, human avatars, better mobile compatibility, plots that don't require purchases from NC mall, and I'll admit, money comes easier here too is n00b.

Oh, and we have better forums with a smaller, better, more tight-knit community. As opposed to Neopets' new motto:

"Gaze upon the Neoboards and weep"

(not really their motto but should be.)

haha yeah I dunno... it just stopped having my attention. When habi closed... I got hooked on a fb game Pet City, I started playing some Grand Fantasia again... Neo just slipped to the background. Years went by... Then the other day an old buddy of mine tells me I should try subeta. And I'm hooked! I just love the human avatar part and how easy it is to make monies. And that you can buy cash items for sP :)

yep, you can't do that on Neo. In fact, some subplots of plots literally require you to make lots of NC Mall cash purchases. When the helpers team once promised you'd never have to buy your way through the game.

I do like a lot of the flash games there even though they don't work on mobile or chrome browser. Not all of them have subeta equivalents. But that's about the only thing it has going that subeta doesn't.
