I am pricing things in my stock shop. When I hit update items it doesn't go through. So when I go look at the items on my first page on my shop the items are still priced at 0. Auto pricing is fine.

This happens only in one of my shops not in my main shop.

i gave up pricing my shop that had the problem. so i don't know. i'm still waitin2g on a staff member to help me this has been going on so long now

One possibility: Try waiting until the page has finished submitting and loading before closing the tab.

It hasn't been a problem in the past, but it seems to be happening often enough to be noticed now.

I always wait fully and I never close it

a legacy shop? i don't have any old shops. it's stock not stock2. and i can price them just sometimes i can't

And the problems are recent never had them before.

there is one legacy shop with the ! I have another one called shop that's not legacy then

I deleted the legacy shop I wasn't using it either

no I have not used the legacy shop since the new ones cam.e I never used it. There were no items in it so I deleted it
