Hello everyone. I'm Ashley or Romance. I've been playing for years and years and I recently came back after being gone for probably 2 years or so. I need to catch up on everything that's happened! I also need to do a lot of work on my pets yikes! I stopped playing subeta because life got so hectic with me moving out,getting married and having a son so I'm hoping now that things are calmer I can get back into the site. A little about me: I'm 24 years old I've been married since October 2016 I have a 5 month old son My favorite shows are TWD, Bates Motel, Once Upon A Time, and BBT. I absolutely love to read and my favorite genre is cozy mystery I'm always interested in meeting new people and making new friends so I have someone other than my son to talk to during the day!
If anyone would like to catch me up on anything important that has happened recently or even introduce themselves because maybe like me you have also recently come back to subeta or even just joined feel free to ping me!

Welcome back, and congratulations on the new addition! Life is totally crazy during that "fourth trimester," isn't it? My little guy is 16 months. As the saying goes, "The years are short, but the days are long."
I love Once Upon a Time, too! I haven't watched in a while, though.
Thank you! Gosh yes it is such a hectic time! I ended up going 5 days past my due date and having a horrific emergency c section. Not a good time for me. It took me awhile to get over it physically and mentally. Plus my little one was in the NICU for 5 days.
That is a really good saying and so true! He drives me insane and it feels like the day goes on forever but I wouldn't change it! It does make it hard to even think about doing anything else though. He is so spoiled! I'm sure your little guy gets into everything. How do you manage?! I've only seen up to the 4th season of OUAT. I started watching it while pregnant and haven't been able to catch up on it.

I managed to avoid the c-section, but had to have an emergency induction at 42 weeks. 34 hours of labor after induction, ugh! The first thing I said to my husband after "He's perfect!" was "NEVER AGAIN." Haha!
Yes, he is definitely at an age where he gets into everything. He climbs and figures out how to open things he shouldn't be able to. He scales the side of his pack-and-play to get to the window, then climbs along the windowsill like a cat. He is a constant heart attack!
I did the same thing, watched OUAT while I was pregnant, but haven't had time to watch it in aaaaaaaaaaages. My TV life pretty much consists of My Little Pony during lunchtime.
5 months is a fun age! Your little one is right on the cusp of when things start to get super interesting and they just fly through those developmental milestones!
34 hours wow. I went all the way to 9cm 26 hours of labor before my c section. First thing I said was never again too haha. We are already thinking about another one though. You just can't help but want more once they starting turning into young men lol.
Oh wow! I feel like that will be my son as well. When did he start walking? How many words does he know? I'm super curious.
I don't get to watch a whole lot of tv. He has me playing with him all the time. He doesn't like me to leave his site for very long.
He has flown through the milestones. He has been eating baby food since 3 months. He is 17 pounds already. He can almost sit up by himself. Loves to yell and babble and blow rasberries. The little fat thing just ate 2 jars of baby food.

Right? I've been fighting baby urges since he hit about a year old, but I lost my insurance, and it just isn't an option right now. I've settled on buying a chicken coop and a flock of hens, haha.
He started walking at around 10 months. He understands words and can follow pretty complex instructions, but doesn't do a lot of talking. He'll say something and then not say it again for months. The pediatrician said it's pretty normal, and as long as he understands and is hearing clearly (and he does), not to worry. My family tends to make late talkers, usually not until 2-3 years old. It's crazy.
Big baby! :) How big was he when he was born?
LOL. So see you do have more kids. If I didn't live in an apartment I'd have a cat or a dog to help with my urge to have another one. I actually thought I was pregnant again bc I was 6 days late but I woke up this morning prepared to take a test and no need to...ugh.
A good amount of people I have asked said their kid starting walking around 9 or 10 months and it takes them awhile to talk. I have a friend with a 17 month and I've never heard her talk. She says a few words but usually just cries for what she wants still.
He was 6 pounds and 13 oz when he was born. 20 1/2 inches long. He technicely isn't 5 months until the 18th but tomorrow he will be 20 weeks. Now he is 16 pounds 12oz and 25 inches long but they weighed him last month so he probably is a little over 17.

The pets don't help. I've got two dogs (soon to be one -- my old man has had cancer for 6 years now and is bleeding internally), two cats, and soon to be 9 hens + a rooster ... and part of me is still longing for baby ! Not even sure if it would be possible. My little one is the only one of six pregnancies to make it to term.
Your wee man wasn't so huge when he was born! What are you feeding him?! Haha. :)
Oh my goodness. I'm sorry! I cannot imagine what the must be like . Here I am upset that I'm not pregnant yet. Gee.
Ik! He eats 5 7oz bottles a day most of the time and he eats maybe 4 or so jars of baby food a week.

I call my kidlet a hungry hungry hippo -- they sound like brothers from other mothers! It's great that he's so enthusiastic and growing well. There's no better feeling than watching them grow and thrive, though it's always shocking when you realize you haven't seen them _______ in forever because now they _________. When my guy was learning to craw, he learned how to scoot backwards first... he would cry so hard because the toy he was trying to get to kept getting further away! Hahaha. And now there's no stopping him from getting into whatever his little heart desires. It's bittersweet, for sure.
They do sound like little chunky brothers haha. Aw , the poor thing. My son only crawls around in his crib and does this strange thing where he lifts his leg and spins around in the floor. Not to mention everything I have in my hand is his.
[Tree=romance]
Oh gosh, that "what's yours is mine" mentality only gets worse as they age! Dylan is going through a phase where he only eats his food after he dips it in MY food. Crazy child!
Welcome back! I also just came back form a break of about 2+ years. It's funny how much has been added yet its still the same old Subeta. It''s a shame most of the people I used to talk to have left though so I'm trying to find new people to befriend. I'm 21, getting married April 14th! One week to go! I hope you're liking being back, I personally love the new pet species and colors that have been added.
Oh no lol. Does he ask for a bite of everythema on your plate? What's so funny is my sister in law was over with here 2 month old earlier and Lincoln was grabbing for and trying to put her hand in his mouth and he makes this yelling noise when he plays with his favorite stuffed animal so he also did that. I'm pretty sure he thought she was a toy.
Welcome back as well! I love how easy it is to jump right back into the site. The friends I have left here have all changed their UN so I have no clue who they are anymore. I also love the new pet species. Especially the noktoa but I am fond of the neela as well. Congrats on getting married soon! Will it be a big wedding?

I particularly love the experiment pets! 1550, 2759, & 104 are my favorites, I was lucky enough to get a 1550 by zapping and found a 104 in the pound, just have 2759 to go! No it will not be very big at all, 25 people tops. Just a simple small ceremony and reception on the lake. :)
I like the new experments. I'm not sure which are which. I used to really dislike all of them. Ahh., I wish I would have went with a small ceremony but we ended up paying about 2 thousand on the venue and 2 thousand on my dress plus the money for his tux and all the decorations I made. We paid for our own honeymoon so we went a bit too far on it all. At the time I though I needed a big fancy wedding but now I wished it would have been smaller.
[Tree=romance]
104, 1550 & 2759 are the only ones I care for, 104 is a beautiful red panda/moth hybrid. 1550 is a clock/galaxy owl, and 2759 is similar to a peacock horse lol.
Our budget starting out was $1000 for everything. So far we'reright at $1000 and still have a couple things left to pay for. Venue was $100, my dress and his tux were about $250 each from ebay. photographer is a photography student needing experience so she's only charging $70. Most of the budget was spent on me going a little over board with the decorations....
I like the peacock on and that skeleton one the best.
That's a really good budget though! It sounds to me like it's coming together nicely.

Welcome back, your pets are gorgeous :)
