List of Naturally Curly Hair Items

Hello & welcome! Curly hair items are more plentiful on site than they were a few years ago, but they can still be really hard to find in a sea of gorgeous but overwhelmingly straight and wavy wig items. This list exists to find, organize, and display items of natural hair for other people like me who want to make HAs with hair like our irl hair. Of course, everyone is welcome to enjoy the items & leave comments here.
WHAT IS NATURALLY CURLY HAIR? "Naturally curly hair" is what I'm using to refer to tight curls, afro styles, naturally kinky hair, and other similar hair types in general that tend to be natural to black people. Ideally 3C curls and tighter (@ artists, we always could use more tight curl hair styles), but since artistic renditions of hair can often be hard to peg as a particular type, or are intentionally vague, this list will have 3A items as well and in many different colors and textures. Here is a useful reference for irl curl types so you can see what I'm talking about. Scifi/fantasy themed, dyed and styled hair that still fits those categories are included. Hair with waves or straight hair that looks like they used a curling iron or got it permed won't count.

[box=#6F6169] DEBATABLE & SUPPLEMENTAL [/box] Here are some items that are getting closer to the naturally curly/afro curly hair but aren't quite there. They might still be useful for layering with other items to make a curly style, or I'm just not sure if they qualify since artistic renditions of hair is a lot less certain that actual hair haha. Let me know what you think! If I have a couple people think a particular item works I might bump it up to the normal section.

One suggestion would be to stick with one categorization for the hairs rather than multiple ones. It can read a bit confusing when you have two lists with the same hairstyles.

I am so glad this thread exists! I have mixed hair, which for me means its very curly but very fine. I found a couple of items that might work?

We are in a drought D: I had a couple weeks previous to this month where I wasn't online, so I'll skim the wardrobe for any I might have missed. Thanks to everyone who has contributed so far! It helps a lot.
In the meantime I may start a custom wearable list. I don't know if it will be useful to users, because I won't be able to distinguish private CWs vs ones that are open to buy. However it might give some good examples of what we could be getting from official site items and maybe inspire the staff a bit.
Also I've got a rough draft of a suggestion thread for curly hair styles, with lots and lots and LOTS of examples. It's taking a while to put together because I'm trying to source all the models properly, but hopefully I will have that done before Luminare haha.
you can consider the "longdreads" and "curled" styles as well from the built in hair salon.
Thank you! I was looking at salon styles this week and I realized I was missing some obvious ones. D'oh. Thanks for pointing those out. I'll update the OP when I get home today, I have a couple more items to add as well.

Oh yeah I made sure to get the wilikers items, they're so great! Some of the best items you can tell where designed with black hair in mind! you might have caught me editing the list, I did delete a few items on accident the other day and had to re-add them.

Debateables/Supplementals I might just add these to the list, they can work alright. I am always overanalyzing the textures for that "salon perm on straight hair" look but I don't think the artists do that so much anymore, that was more popular like 2014ish I think. :P

Here are some things, do they fit? They're not of the best quality of items though but some have been on this site longer than I have.
