Hi, I know this is probably such a dumb question, but I have purchased all the necessary items for one of the Subeautique achievements, and I can't seem to get it to recognize that I have collected all the items. What do I need to do with them to get the achievement? Thank you in advanced.

often it only triggers when you go to your achievements, look for the corresponding one and have all neccessary items shown. refresh/open a new subeta page and it should activate :)

View the wardrobe/wardrobe remove items page. Then open the achievements page and then click the achievement title for the one you need. That /should/ trigger it.

When you click on the 'Show Required Items' button under the achievement, is it showing that you have all of them? (all of them have a green background)?

It says I don't have any, but I've got all of them! I bought them all at once, is that bad?

All the items are in your wardrobe, right?

From a user? Are you sure you moved them to your wardrobe and not to your vault or a shop?

Check here - type in the start of the item name (Argo Blackout or whatever it is) and see if they're there.

- They're in there in the wardrobe (from the link you gave). It's the Lyrical Bumbus one, and yes I bought them from a usershop. Should I submit a ticket?

Okay, I think I know what your problem is. Close whatever tab you have open for the achievements. Then open the achievements page in a new tab. Once it loads, click the Subeautique option beneath the Wardrobe category.

Click to page 2 (after page one loads), then scroll down until you see the "Lyrical Bumbus" one. Click the "Show Required Items" button (do not click the achievement name). You should see all of the items with a green background and a checkmark. If all of them are green, then right-click on the achievement name and open it in a new tab. Switch to that tab and verify it's awarded you the achievement.

If you don't have all 10 items lit up green, then you're still missing however many are showing up red.

You always have to close your achievements tab and reopen it entirely before it will register any new achievements. Also, for some reason when you click the achievement name and it reloads only that achievement, even if you had everything green (and get awarded the achievement), it will show that you don't own any of the items.

No problem at all. I'm not sure why it's like that, but it's such a pain when you're trying to get an achievement to trigger and it won't!
