The Wrapping Factory at the Gift Center says - You can select paper for 7,500sP. Would it be possible to have an option where we can buy paper which ends up in our inventory?

I've been going through Genetech Lab combinations and some of them require wrapping paper. Wrapping paper is a ridiculous price now it's been retired.

Right now you can turn in Wrapping Paper for ten thousand. So no.

So, remove being able to turn it in for 10K. I'm sure that was introduced so people could get rid of their wrapping paper once the holiday shop closed and and the Wrapping Factory took over.

Wasn't the 10k redemption option supposed to be removed a couple months after it was introduced? I thought I remembered someone saying it wouldn't be permanent.
