Hey everyone. I seriously haven't been active on this site in like....okay no exaggeration, 6 years? Most likely more? I'M SO EXCITED I EVEN REMEMBERED MY INFO. Anyway, I'm posting this really to get a quick update and some help on important things I've missed that I should know about. At least six years of new stuff is a bit much to catch up on lmao so I figured asking just for the important things would be much easier. I definitely want to become regularly active again, I miss having a site like this to play around on when I have free time. :) Thank in advance for any help!!!

EDIT: Wow it's been longer than I thought, my last post was August 2009. MY GOODNESS.

Now that is a long time gap. Welcome back.

Okay, so firstly right now the site is having a holiday known as Masquerade, where users dress up(or not) their Human Avatars and have to wear some version of a mask in order to invite each other to dances. For every dance that is accepted users get either lounge or steamworks trinkets, which can be used in the respective shops for food/drink and wearables, weapons, minions(IIRC), and more. Users can only invite each other to dances in the associated sub-forum.

Also with regards to the wardrobe, you can wear a maximum of 30 items for a regular user instead of being limited to just 2 items per layer. If you want to sort through your wardrobe, go into the wardrobe, click the Items tab on the main menu then the Filters tab on the right to bring down the options for sorting by. You can change your base from the respective tab, the skin(the site has a multitude of unlockable skins), you can save your present outfit to the Outfits tab, and you can remove items by using the Organize Items tab.

All of the currencies available are now easily found by clicking on your sP listing in the dashboard.

Quests are much improved. You can occasionally earn Quest Points to be spent in the Quest Shop when you complete a quest.

If you were a battler back then, the battle system has seen some dramatic changes. All weapons are now tied into a tier system, with pets only able to use weaponry from the same tier or lower that they belong to. Tiers are divided by the four core-stats(health, strength, defense, speed). The battle sub-forum has some great topics that can help re-introduce you to this stuff.

Also, every month, we get Throwback challengers, allowing for old/retired challengers from plots and such to be fought again for a limited time. The site usually puts out a brand new challenger that can be purchased from the Cash Shop for 250 credits. If you intend to purchase more Cash Shop Credits, be aware that the site has a regular Cash Shop Bonus Weekend around the 17th-18th or so of every month. You can also buy Cash Shop Credit Gift Cards from the user shops instead of paying with real cash, but be ready to pay in the multiple-millions of pure.

Usershops have also been upgraded to a new system, with the old shops being retired from updating - you can remove items presently in them, but you cannot add new items or change the prices. You can create up to four new usershops/galleries for regular users or IIRC six with a gold account.

I can't think of much else that might have changed since you were last on, and I hope this helps cover some of the basics.
