My account is 2 years and 6 months old. I've been inactive for a while but came back. My friend let me know that I should be able to receive a loyalty box, but I can't figure out how to get it? I've checked achievements and inventory and it hasn't appeared. Could anyone help?

I checked that but nothing happens. I cleared the achievement that's supposed to pop up when you go there because I didn't notice there was a gift. Is there no other way for me to get the box?

- If you got the achievement, the box should have been automatically placed in your inventory. What does it say when you do an account search:

If that page says you don't have the loyalty box, then I'd make a ticket and see if an admin can help. It's possible the recent server issues screwed something up for you.
