So I was just going to buy stuff from Spells Galore and it says Restocked 1 hour, 22 minutes ago. I looked at some (not all) main shops and some of them seem to have regular restocks (Food Market, Clothing Rack, Stick it to the man) but some haven't been restocked for more than 1 hour (Spells Galore, Weapon Warehouse, Get Mugged, Defend and Conquer). Not sure if it's a bug but then again it doesn't really seem normal to me.
