whoever told you that is incorrect the only thing your missing is the Irion planner :)

once you have the design it will take 2-3 days for the pet to be completed

Just to clarify, it's open anytime between 8am-8pm not just at 8am or 8pm. Then you need to take the schematic and Yunium Key to Yun Enterprises - Full Steam Ahead and it should take 3 days to transform your pet into Steamwork c:

I used my Yunium Key on pet like i used my Nightmare Potion on other pet.. So guess i have to buy another key then? T-T

There's no Use options on the Yunium Key, you might have put it into your pet's treasure instead by mistake? You should be able to take it out through the Pets page if that's what happened c:
