I've been gone for awhile now...like...probably 3+ years. A lot changed, including the shops. There USED to be an achievement for having X number of unique items in one shop, but I can't seem to find it anymore. Does anyone know if that achievement was retired? Or am I just blind when looking through the achievement's page?!

If this is what you are talking about, it is in retired category of achievements Hoarder! Hoard 1,000 different items in a gallery!

There is also this one that is also retired Super Shop! Have 10,000 items (including duplicates) in your shop or gallery at once!

Those sound...similar.I could have sworn it was more, but it could be my imagination. So...there's no reason to hoard objects in a Gallery that I don't actually want anymore? No new "Have crazy amounts of items in a shop/gallery" achievements? Might I finally be able to divest myself of these hoarded goods!?

There were tiers up to 45,000 for both.
I guess you can stop hoarding now,lol.

Someone else might answer more thoroughly as far as should you jump to selling them yet or not. I have no idea if Subeta unretires achievements? I really have no idea if they do that sort of thing. You may want to ask that before jumping the gun. I would hate to be the reason you sold your stash and then they unretire them.

... *halts the "Fire Sale" * Hmm...good point. Maybe someone else knows that answer. You gave me a great start though and I'm going to start going through and figuring out if there's anything I actually want to save as treasures or read to my pets and such.

No problem. There is a retired tab on the achievement page. You can click the retired tab and then just go through each section to see which achievements have been retired if there are any more that you were wondering about. I have to say I am not a fan of the achievement page layout. It is confusing to me,lol.

Subeta doesn't really un-retire achievements very often, but even if they did I doubt these particular ones will ever be un-retired. The reason they were retired anyway is because with the new shop system they are literally impossible to get (at least the very top tiers of them), and I don't think that the new shop limits will ever be raised to that point again.
