When I hit the icons for the chance pages from the cash shop, nothing happens. When I hit the icon, I don't get an item.
Are you hitting the icons on this page? If so, that just takes you to the actual chance machines.
In the case of the animal chance machine, you should be able to get an item if you hit the chance machine on the left side. On the other ones you hit the item at the top above where it shows how much CSC you have.
do you have any browser extension that might be blocking popup notifications? clicking the icon/machine should trigger a confirmation popup asking you if you're sure you want to buy something, so if you're not getting a popup maybe something is preventing it which is why you're unable to buy anything.
for instance, on the fashion's past page, I click on the gift box on the top left.
the popup did come up, and I clicked the don't show again box, and that's when I couldn't get it to work anymore.
