The Bathhouse is great, don't get me wrong, but some users can't always keep up their streak long enough to get all the CSC given in one month (150). Is it possible for staff to create other ways for us to earn CSC through daily events (fruit tree, galley, ruffie raffle, etc).

honestly i would say the current system is pretty generous already. the site needs money to function and the way they get that money (besides ads) is by encouraging users to buy csc; and it's very very nice that those of us who can't/don't spend real money on the site are able to fairly quickly earn enough sp to buy the csc from other users, plus there's the bathhouse bonus and the occasional sitewide gift,

it would be nice for us if there were more ways, sure; but who's to say that the site can really afford to do that? every additional way to 'earn' csc chips just a little bit more incentive away from buying it with real money. we've already got a fairly sweet deal, considering how it only takes about a week (usually less) to earn enough sp for 100 csc. i would just feel greedy asking for even more, you know? the site is a business and it runs on ad revenue and user donations.

Not getting all 150 CSC =/= not getting any CSC. I've been going for 2 weeks this streak and I'm up to 30 CSC. That's still pretty decent if the alternative is 0. Not to mention, it takes literally a second to click a bookmark and get your streak in. Not being able to remember is not staff's problem, and not evidence that we need another source for CSC.

That said, I wouldn't be against another small source of CSC (as long as it works like the Bathhouse where it evens out over time if you keep up or something please don't make my CSC uneven forever), I just don't find it necessary

Subeta is a company. They do have to pay bills/ salaries to both staff and well, to have the site itself function. Subeta could of very well made it possible that the only way to purchase CSC at all is via the cash shop and only by using real money.

You can still purchase csc with cards if you want to pay sp to buy csc, and the Bathhouse system allows users to build up small amounts over time which is more than generous when one considers that it's site currency that's a) using real money and the primary source by which well, Subeta probably pays its bills and salaries.

CSC keeps the real life expenses of the site at bay so adding more methods to have it be available even in small increments when the alternative is just not allowing it at all eh, the Bathhouse Pools is more than enough.

How many quests do you have to do in a week to earn the sp to buy 100 CSC?

But I would like just one other location that lets us earn small CSC amounts. I think Delphi or Centropolis would be a good place to put it since both areas tend to attract Subetans from all over. :)

if you do all your quests for the day (which really only takes about 30 minutes, maybe an hour if your connection is slow) you can earn upwards of 2m (usually a good bit more but sometimes you get unlucky). every day for a week gives you at least 14m. 100 csc cards sell for 11-12 mil so it's definitely enough. even if you don't have the time to be on every day or do every single available quest, you can still get there in a couple of weeks.

100 CSC cards are currently about 12mil each, it would take roughly 3-4 days to earn this much (or more). Saggi is the weekend quest at the moment so you could conceivably make 12mil in only 2-3 days with that.

Okay thanks for the info! But my idea for placing a new place to earn CSC would be like this: If your pet is at top tier at MOST jobs for 30 days or more, each day you collect your daily pay there is a chance for your pet to be given 20-50 CSC, which is then added to your CSC amount. This idea has already been implemented with the key needed to make a steamwork pet, and I think it would give user incentive to give their pets jobs and collect their pay every day. :)

If people don't have time to check the bathhouse daily, they won't have the time to check their pets's jobs daily, especially if they have more than one pet.

We already get something random from jobs anyway, it's stats.

True, yet I still don't see too many issues with implementing my idea. The trickiest part for staff would be figuring out the algorithm for awarding the CSC. I can offer suggestions for which jobs would give out the CSC: pirates, maleria, shiwna, hotel, zapper, and saggi.

Saggi is obviously rich so, why shouldn't he have some spare CSC to give away. The pirate could have CSC due to selling some of their plunder. XD Maleria's trying to conquer the world; it makes sense to have CSC to fund her plans. :) As for the Zapper, well CSC could be given in order to calm down/quiet those horrified with what they got zapped into. ;)

It's pretty generous as it is. Most sites I've seen aren't this nice when it comes to their premium in-game currencies. I wouldn't be opposed to more but I don't think it's something that really needs addressing.

Why should users get more ways to get CSC for free?

The whole point of CSC is that it costs real money. It's something users can buy to get some virtual perks while helping financially support the site. We get tons of free ways to earn sP, wizard tokens, all the other currencies on site, and we get free games, free art to enjoy, free forums, etc etc. CSC is where Subeta asks us to donate money to support the site - so CSC is the one thing that really shouldn't be free, cuz that would go against the point of it.

I think the current state of things is more than fair to all the users. Everyone here can play for free, and not being able to purchase CSC doesn't exclude you from anything, because you can still buy it for sP. And I think the bath house is generous to give out CSC - normally you would have to pay real money for it, but all you have to do to get the 150 CSC from the bath house is remember to click a button once a day.

I feel the same way. I just thought many users would like to earn CSC in another way that is similar to the bathhouse. The suggestion I made builds on something that has already been established on Subeta. By the way if one can earn 14 million to buy 100 CSC a week, how long would it take to earn enough for A. an angel potion or B. a pet slot?

Of course people are going to want to be handed free money. It's a bad idea for the site to do that any more than they already are.

I'm of the agreement of why more free options for csc should be an option? In a way, while I understand the reasoning CSC is meant to support the site financially so being able to get it free via other avenues, as others stated, kind of defeats the point of having it be more of a currency that takes time to obtain if one doesn't have the real life means to buy it straight off the bat.

Angelic potion is 750 csc ( but about 7 weeks or so, assuming a user saves enough for 100 csc a week). cash shop pet slots are 2000 CSC

and just going by user shop price

500 credit gift card is 59 million sp. 250 credit gift card is 29 million roughly

so, 236 million sp for 2,000 assuming a user buys 500 csc gift cards. The 1000 ones are unbuyable in user shops currently.

I don't think it's that hard to save up for an angelic potion or a pet slot. And I also don't think it's a bad thing if a goal is difficult or takes time to to achieve. I mean, the challenge is part of the game. We all want things- Some things are easier to get and some things are harder, some goals are near-impossible, but that's okay. I think subeta has a good range of achievability for the things you can do on here, I don't think we need anything more handed to us, especially not the site's paid currency (CSC).

But to answer you- if it takes 1 week to make enough sP for 100 CSC, then you should be able to get an angel potion within 2 months, which is not really long at all.

CSC is actually closer to 11.5M per week than 14M. So, it takes about 3-4 days to get 100 CSC

But yeah, we don't need more CSC dispensers. I feel the bathhouse gives too much CSC per month already.

if they did want to implement something like the job thing it wouldn't be the best way to do it because only people who have pets with stats (and high stats at that) would have a chance of getting the CSC.

The fact that the bathhouse gives CSC is a big change over the 10 odd years prior where the only method was to make sP and buy CSC cards or to have the money IRL to purchase CSC from cash shop.
