hi everyone !!! i feel like i have a form of culture shock omg i have no idea what to do around the site anymore?? i haven't been on since around 2011 so a lot has changed WOW i'm actually kinda excited to get back into playing lmao but yea i definitely need some help
-does anyone use firefox? i see some pages strongly recommend chrome but i love ff so much </3 i don't wanna change -WHAT happened to subetahq. i've seen subeta lodge and it just seems like a lot of lists and it doesn't have a HA generator. is there a new one people use? -i cant believe we can take inactive pet names that is a dream come true omg someone (like 2 years ago) stole one of my pet's names too so i have a name change ( i feel because i didn't create the pet, i'm pretty sure i adopted her so i wasn't attached to the name at all ) -is there a guide to the new wardrobe?? what's new about it besides that it doesn't work in ff so now i'm naked -saggy is still my favorite rich guy and the wizard is still a perv so im very glad some things never change
also i feel like none of my friends play this site at all anymore so be my friend!!! ❤

Welcome back! Some people still use FF and it's fine, but occasionally there are the odd things that glitch up when using FF or other browsers (I think FF is nowhere near as bad as IE/Edge though), generally I think you're ok with FF but if you find something being wonky, it doesn't hurt to check Chrome to see if it's a FF only issue or not :)
Taking inactive pet names replaces the previous system of purging accounts, that way old users who have been inactive for a long time don't come back and lose everything :)
I don't really remember the exact wardrobe system probably in place in 2011, but basically the older wardrobe was written on a format that is no longer being supported by browsers, so a new one had to be written n__n; I big perk is having the salon, and also the removable skins (so seasonal skins can be kept forever once earnt)
The post info under your signature is the amount of 'likes' your post has, not the amount of posts you've made. You have made 729 posts, you can see that information when you hover on your name ;) That information isn't all displayed on the forums I guess because too much information, and also possible server strain? I'm not techy so don't take my word for it :P Just a guess.
Anything I missed?
BTW make sure you check Personal > Dashboard for any unclaimed loyalty boxes you may have :)

You probably remember, but it's almost time for Masquerade. Which will be right around the corner! It should start sometime towards the end of this month and end sometime in the beginning of April.

wooooooow loyalty boxes are amazing i might shed a tear. can they be stolen or taken by random events around the site? just need to know if i should lock em down or not! <3 thank you for your help. do you know if there are any restocking guides? or a thread that has tips? seems pretty difficult when there are like 200 items stocked

You just need to type @ and the username, or the click megaphone icon on the top right of every post to put in a ping, you don't need to use the user scode. I'm guessing you edited your post because the way you pung earlier went through and I got an event.
There should not be any current stealing events, but if you use things like the zapper, I don't think they're immune to zapping (I could be wrong), but you may be best off locking them to err on the side of caution.
You can select a title via Interact > Forums and clicking Options > Change Forum Title Forum titles can be earnt via achievements
With restocking it's pretty easy to learn the items for me? I guess normally I go to a shop that has some items I want, and when I'm bored or see a new RS I'll shop search the items and eventually you'll kind of remember, though events do change the prices of items quite frequently, so it depends on whether you're grabbing 5 500sP items to sell for 35k or waiting for a rare item to sell for more sPs? Subetalodge has lists by shop if you want to learn, I don't think there's many guides on it because I don't think the restocking culture is same as on some other sites, as there are lots of ways to earn sP/entertain yourself, that I think most people who've played a while only rs casually.
There's also a RS+CHAT board that might have some tips (in General discussion) but I don't think it's very active so I'm not sure how much help that is n_n;
If you do some questing, I think that helps you get a good guage for what items are asked in quests and which items are expensive?

okay! that's what i thought. i promise i'm not totally useless on this site lmao it just wasn't showing up for some reason.
you're very right! i don't need to rs to make sP or anything i just do it because it's one of my favorite things to do on pet sites. and fortunately i've been finding quite a few subQ invites. 😏 honestly it's pretty easy to get a hang of things and remember (questing and vending helped a ton). unfortunately yeah, shop searching is the only effective way i've found but i'll for sure check those lists out! ☺️
SAME. there have been SOO so so many items released since i left so i have a lot to work with, so much that i can't even decide on what to do. what are some of your favorite items?
