My prize for a Drill's quest was .
I'm guessing it's because the Ultrabrite Blinker has a rarity of retired but it comes from the female set of the Technopunk Lockbox which is a Costume Trunk. The Technopunk Lockbox isn't retired, though, because it's still for sale in the Cash Shop.
The Ultrabrite Blinker is selling for 3,749,000 sP in user shops so I don't know whether I should keep it or send in a ticket.
I filed a ticket a few days ago after someone received an old plot prize (Daemons Poisonous Quills) from Major Drills, which seemed very bizarre. I haven't heard back yet if it was a bug or not, but I wonder if the two are related.
[edit]It looks like someone else posted they received a Token Shop item.
It could be an issue with the items having the Retired rarity, since I know he does give out retired items sometimes but they're generally retired restockables that aren't crazy expensive like old plot prizes.
Looking at it more, I think it might just be a mislabeled rarity. It looks like other plot prizes/battle loot are labeled r150 or r160. That would seem to fit with the issue of the costume trunk item, too.
Yeah, there are a lot of inconsistencies in item rarities, but there are so many items now it's hard to keep track of what should be what.
It is a r150 situation. THe costume trunks will be taken out once I go through and tag all of them (and make sure they are r125). Token Shop items are slowly being moved over to r105.
When you guys make tickets / posts about this, please ping me or request me in the case of tickets. So I can fix small instances as quick as possible <3
Thanks for the clarification, Amber :D I did think something was wrong with Major Drills' quests, but a rarity issue makes a lot more sense. I need to train my brain to stop thinking something is catastrophically wrong with the site every time I see an error 😛

Completely understandable, ha! Even though I'm aware of the problem, still have it transferred to me. :) UAs and other staff can't do much about it (other than Ariel really). If you come across other items, like a token shop one or something, I might know the overall problem (rarity issue), but with a name of an item I can at least fix that one quickly so it won't go out again. Luckily, this weekend I plan on knocking out the costume trunk issues (making sure they're the right rarity + making sure they all show up in shop search 'in cash shop' banner). If that doesn't take too long, I plan on making sure any BHH/TS items also have the right rarity.
How do I transfer a ticket to you? Do I just post a response saying @ Amber? (Deliberately left a space so you don't get pinged twice from this post) I'll do that on the ticket just in case it's right because I have to go out later on.
You can just reply and request whoever grabbed it to transfer it to me! Or if you're making a ticket in your original post say along the lines of "I was told to request Amber since this is an item related matter"!
