There are several user shop links that redirect to my account's "Your Shops" page rather than going to the shop itself. Some shops include "Super Stash Brothers", ".Purple.", and "Holdem"

Maybe it's just that these are larger shops? Are they legacy shops? I'm really not sure. Has anyone else had this issue?

I've also tried searching Google to find a user name, and accessing the shop through their userpage, but that had the same problem.

those are probably shops still on the old system.
