I'm going tonight, and I can't wait. I'm so excited for this movie, though I'm sure I'll be leaving an absolute mess. I just KNOW he's gonna die, and I'm both so ready for the emotional overload, and not ready at the same time. Wolverine has always been my fave, even back in the day when I'd watch X-men on saturday morning cartoons. (yeah, I'm old.)

Anyone else excited about seeing this?

JFC, did I cry. Like, I knew I would, but seeing an old and ailing Professor X was SO HARD. And then, of course, his death. And then the end. Oh jesus. When Laura said "daddy", I think I heard my heart crack in two. Like I knew he was gonna die, but I was so hoping this Eden place was 1-real, and 2-could at least help him a little bit. or like, he could die comfortable in his sleep, not with a fucking tree through his body.

Ugh. It was so good I want to see it again.

Also, I have a theory on the other X men, because i'm 99% sure they're all dead. I think professor X killed them. On accident. With his seizures. there was a reference to an event in Philadelphia, and then the comments that there aren't many left, and then another comment about how only wolverine can withstand it, and then when X was dying, he had clarity and said he did a bad thing. I really hope when the reboot the series with X23, we get answers. Because I need them like stat.

Also, the little girl who played x23 was a bad ass.
