I love potted plants and succulents, I have a room in my place filled with them. I have them on my bookshelves too! I would love to see potted plants in the seedlings store, some examples: aloe vera, succulents, money trees, ferns, snake plants, air plants, all different types of cacti. There is an endless variety of indoor plants with so many different shapes and colors, they would definitely make great TC themes (selfish plug here haha).

We've already got succulents in Esther's Shop, but any other kind of cacti is welcome here! Oh, and have you got any images of the plants you're suggesting? It'd be a lot easier for other users to know what are you talking about. :)

Oh yes I forgot about Esther's Shop too, thank you! I think the terrariums there might even have air plants inside them if I remember correctly but I have to look again.

There are so many images I could post but I found them all on this website- It shows a picture of them all in alphabetical order. if you click through a bit, you'll get the idea of the range of colour, shapes and sizes. There are so many "mini" trees too which are adorable. After clicking through that site I saw bamboo shoots as well, those would be really cure items if they were in glass pots with different coloured stones etc.

I'm happy to hear you also would like to see more :) I love the bright red and yellow cacti, no idea what they are called but they are so pretty!

The bamboo shoots are perfect for a Shengui-Guo-themed terrarium, as well as bonsais!

ohhhh bonsais, brilliant idea!!! I have seen them in Chinatown and each tree and display are so unique. There have been so many shengui-guo themed items in all shops this year that would be a perfect edition :)

Orchids, LUCKY BAMBOO, ferns, various succulents (more of them because the ones in esther's are very lacking imo), cacti, AIR PLANTS

Yes more potted plants (wearable or not, my gardener pet would love to have them in his TC)! Ferns, bonsai, orchids, aloe, lilies, geraniums...there are so many cool and pretty plants (especially flowering ones!) that can be kept indoors :)

So happy you both agree!! It was suggested above that lucky bamboos and bonzais are perfect for shengui-guo themed releases which would be great timing for Vesnail since everything has that theme lately anyway. I love orchids, they come in so many beautiful colors- i always end up killing mine at home because they are so finicky so it would be amazing to have one that never died here XD I never thought of them as wearables either but if they turned into a piece of clothing with similar colors or the plant itself that would be such a great addition to the wardrobe!

i posted my own flower/plant thread before scrolling down and seeing yours', i hope you don't mind me rolling in with a big list ;w; i figure there's enough overlap since any of these could be cut for vesnali floating flowers or potted for esther's shop!

i keep thinking about this old thread, and i finally decided to go ahead and put together a list of Plants I'd Like To See because why not

(also mentioned in the old thread that they'd like to see more flowers native to subeta -- that'd be a great addition considering all the other land-specific items like the vanillas and the salts, and the books from luminaire. we've got two presumably tropical places with shengui gou and the omen islands. bring on the funky orchid-adjacent man-eating plants!)

anyway, big list of plant-related wishes: amaryllis asters camellias corpse flower datura/trumpet flowers - i just learned there's one called "midnight horror" (oroxylum indicum) SUPER NEAT drosera/sundew golden chain ghost flower lantern plant lilies - tiger lily, lycoris/spider lily lily pad - we have water lilies, but not really one with a nice leaf attached orchids - bee orchid, dendrobiums, bulbophyllum, lady's slipper [small][small]* we have orchids, but i think they're all phalaenopsis/moth orchid? i have personal bias toward cymbidiums and dendrobiums and lady's slipper, tho i get it if more would be Too Many Orchids.[/small][/small] pitcher plants - we have one as a battle drop, and it looks kinda like nepenthes truncata? there are other neat ones, like cobra lilies and australian pitcher plants passion flowers/passion vines rafflesia star of bethlehem/falling stars/italian bellflowers - suggested on the last thread; we do have white bellflowers but they're not quite a match imo? venus flytrap - we've got the venus flytrap restocking, but there are plenty of other cultivars like wacky traps and red dragons and the actual flower is imo quite pretty

As a fellow houseplant junkie, I support this 100%

I would love to see more plants that double as wearables. Backdrops, foregrounds, handheld items, anything! Even plant-inspired clothing and hair would be cool. Hanging plant terrariums and moss ball plants (kokedama) would make nice foreground items, I think.

Not at all, THANK YOU for posting a link and individual pictures!! I normally only go on subeta during my lunch hour so it's difficult to take the time to do that. I really appreciate you taking the time to do this as well. (ALSO I LOVE COROCIA- so spooky!!) Plants native to each part of subeta is such an amazing idea, the possibilities would be limitless. You both posted so many wonderful plants I completely forgot about too! Some of these I have in my home also, I love having and indoor garden it makes me feel so good to be in that room :) You are all inspiring so many amazing ideas, I really hope the Subeta Team picks this up. The last forum that was linked to this was over 3 years ago... I think it's about time now!

in addition to all of the other suggestions, i think a marimo ball in a jar or glass would be cute, and i don't think we have any hollyhocks...? i'd love to see those in particular.
