I chose a username change totem from the loyalty box and when I went to change my username, it gave me an error saying that I did not have enough currency. The totem was also removed from my inventory but my username has stayed the same. This was a day or so ago. I also received the same error message for changing my pets names, but the name change still worked on them. Just a note, I am playing on the browser of my phone that is up to date. Sorry if this is something that is just a waiting issue. I didn't see any information about it not being immediate.

File a ticket. There usually is a delay but it's definitely only a few minutes, not over a day.
