I used my Loyalty Box to get the Username change token. I used it, it didn't change, and my item is gone. :(

I tried logging out and logging back in but it didn't work..

It usually takes a little bit for it to change :) What is your old username and new one?

If it doesn't change in maybe an hour, file a ticket

The staff actually had to give me a new item. Not sure what went wrong the first time, just glad it worked! :)
