image says it all pretty much. when I clicked on the "add to plushie collection" button it gave me that red error message.
EDIT: adding the plushie from my inventory worked, so yeah, its just this page that's not behaving right.
I get that too. If you press it a second time, it works. But yeah, it's kinda weird and annoying. xD

I was having this same issue today, with every plushie I bought. I regularly go through and clear out the >5kSP ones and every single one I bought I had to triple or quadruple click to get it to let me add plushies. Any update as to why this happens?

Yup, this has been happening to me as well, for quite some time now (weeks, if not a couple months perhaps). I am lazy and haven't reported until now :-P
Can you guys tell me if this is still happening for you? I just added a ton of wearables from the vesnali directly to my wardrobe and don't have the problem anymore (I did before!).

I still have the problem :( only with plushies so far

Man I was all excited :( because the programmers honestly can't find the part of the code that is doing this. And it is not happening to them so it is even harder.

I've had this problem and found that it happens only if I remove it from my wishlist by clicking on the +/- thing before I click the Add to Collection button.
So if I buy something, then remove from wl, then try to add, it gives the error. If I click the Add to Collection button first, it works. Then I remove it from WL on the confirmation screen.
Same here but I have even sent them the error coding from the backend and there is no reason it should be doing it. Especially since if it errors and you try again, it works the second time.

This happens to me too but if I press the button a second time it goes through.

Could it be a race condition? That is, if the button is clicked too quickly, it tries to add it to the collection before it registers that it's in the inventory.
Most really weird nondeterministic errors I've faced have been race conditions, so I thought I'd throw it out there.

This is still happening as of today, and I think that Bug might be on to something. This only ever seems to happen to me when I press the button quickly after I use the +/- feature.
I think that if I was using my laptop's touchpad instead of a mouse, I personally would not be fast enough to ever encounter this error. So that might be something to consider while attempting to duplicate this. To put it into perspective a little bit, I'm fast enough with my mouse that I regularly trigger the user shop error that says you have to wait 1 second between purchases, even when I'm flipping through tabs like a madwoman. Additionally with a mouse, the 5-second NPC shop error is pretty much a part of every quest I do (sometimes multiple times a quest)...... But with a touchpad I never see the 1-second user shop error, and it's actually pretty rare for me to see the 5-second NPC shop error.
Ok guys, I am unfortunately going to have to close this up. Like I said above, the programmers can't replicate this. I have sent them error codes and diagnostic codes and there is no reason it should be happening. Plus, you can just press it again and it works. Annoying I know but please bear with us!
Bug in response to you specifically, this is what they said: "we have separate checks for the two things we check the item type whether or not you have the item because we do it before we check if you have the item"
So it would have said you didn't have the item instead of this is not a plushie.
Locking this up
