Am I just unlucky? Generally I've just been getting small amounts of sP or the same random dice/plusie repeatedly. Is this intended or am I under the wrong impression about random? I'm assuming with the name the prize would be completely randomly generated.

it is completely random. I get about the same amount of all the items and sP varies from the tiny to 10Kish.
