Hello Bokjoo here! I recently join the site and I have this problems... My face is missing, it seems that I can't save any nose,hair,eyes mouth etc ....but I do have clothes on? What is happening? I tried hard refreshing and clearing my history but nope... nothing happens...

Did you use the layering functions, making sure that your nose etc are layered over (not under) the base layer?

welcome to subeta! as they've said above, it's probably a matter of the face layers being hidden behind the base. drag the base layer to the very bottom of the list. you'll find that some backgrounds are one solid piece and you'll have to put it beneath the base layer, I hope you're enjoying the site otherwise (:
