I had to replace my older 3ds bloated battery a month ago. On the Pokemon front things have been going smooth but now I'm hit with a issue on Fire Emblem. My game has refused to let me visit previous castles on my streetpass ( includeing that on the digital copy on my New 3DS XL, which is a issue as I need my enihjar from that game on my physical copy's file). I tried reseting my date and time and waited as I heard it would still take afew days to fix itself....it's been afew weeks to a month. Looking online, turns out Nintedo doesn't seem to have a easy solution to this issue ( reset date and time, repair the file ( only works for the digital and I have a physical copy), or make a new save file) and many player found solutions don't work for everyone or aren't possible for me ( visiting threw looking over my own castle battle report ( never fought myself last I recall) or let the 3ds run itself dead then charge to full....which I dread doing )
I'm tempted to just stop playing Fates on the older 3DS and just play it in the new......except I don't have all the paths percused and i'm not sure if it will damage my saves in any way for said paths I lack, tried to look up online but the search has turned up nothing. Clearly I'm the only one that's stuck in this type of scenario.
If anyone has ran into the above streetpass issue, how did you solve it? ( and yes I have tried updating data and leaving it closed for 5 mins in a battle multiple times, that also failed to fix it) Also if anyone can tell me if I can safely move my physical copy to the other 3DS without harming my files due to lacking the paths ( or of just owning the digital copy of birthright counts as a path), that would be good to know down the road.
