Pretty much as the titles says. I'm wearing the Snowball Reflecting Shield, though it's layered underneath everything else, but the last snowball that got thrown at me did in fact hit and show up on my avatar.

I'm pretty sure that while the shield helps block a lot of the snowballs, it's not intended to be 100% effective.

Edit: I've now been hit by three snowballs, with two of them being in one day. I don't know if the shield is actually blocking anything, seeing as before I put it on I wasn't getting very many snowballs thrown at me. I realize the shield has a 90% success rate (looked it up afterward) but this is seeming like a little too many snowballs getting through.

Edit 2: Yeah, I'm convinced that WAY too many are hitting me for a 90% block rate.
