I've gotten the event of having a high score with the pastry collection multiple times and receiving 10,000sP for it, I just got my either third or fourth. I haven't been keeping track of the exact times other than I know I've gotten it at least three times.

Since so many have a full collection, it is random who gets it. So you can get ti multiple times.
